• Big balconies (exceeding 4ft x 10ft) are not covered under the standard package.

✅ Client Requirements

• Please ensure ladder, electricity, and water are available during the cleaning process.

✅ Payment Terms

• Instant payment is required before 7 PM on the day of service.

• For cash payments, full payment must be made immediately after service completion.

✅ Special Discounts

• Avail 50% discount on pest control and sofa cleaning when booked together with home cleaning.

✅ Exclusions

• Chandeliers and House Temples are not included in the service.

• Fragile or expensive items will not be handled or cleaned by our team.

• Risky areas such as outside windows or areas without proper support are excluded.

✅ Cleaning Duration

• Service duration ranges from 5 to 8 hours, depending on the size and condition of your home.

✅ Kitchen Preparation

• If there are excessive items in the kitchen, please clear them in advance for better cleaning efficiency.

✅ Walls & Floors

• Wall Wet Cleaning includes wiping with chemicals only (no scrubbing).

• Floor Cleaning:

  • Standard package includes mopping.

  • Floor scrubbing is available as an add-on service.
