⚠️ Important Service Terms & Conditions
1️⃣ 💰 Booking & Payment Policy
50% advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
Remaining amount must be paid 10 minutes before completion of work.
Instant payment required before 7 PM on the day of service.
For cash payments, please pay immediately after service completion.
2️⃣ ⚙️ Client Requirements
Please ensure electricity, water, and a ladder are available during cleaning.
The team cannot proceed without these basic facilities.
3️⃣ 📦 Package Scope
If any portion of the package work is skipped by the customer, full package charges will still apply.
Wall wet cleaning includes wiping with chemical only — no scrubbing.
Floor scrubbing is not included in the standard package (available as an add-on).
4️⃣ 📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling
Customer cancellation fee: ₹500
Reschedule: only to the next available slot.
If our team reaches your location and you cancel, 50% of the total amount must be paid.
5️⃣ 🛡️ Liability & Safety
Please secure jewellery, cash, and valuables before cleaning starts.
The company is not responsible for any loss or damage to items.
No external window cleaning without grills or safety support.
Fragile or decorative items like chandeliers and house temples are excluded.
Big balconies (over 4ft x 10ft) are not included in the standard package.
Our team will not move heavy furniture, wardrobes, or beds.
6️⃣ 🚫 Behavior & Conduct
Abusive language or shouting at staff is strictly prohibited.
If such behavior occurs, service will be stopped and booking considered cancelled.
The customer must still pay the billed amount.
7️⃣ 🧽 Stain Removal Policy
100% removal of paint, rust, glue, acid, or hard stains is not guaranteed.
Kitchen and bathroom scrubbing included only in higher packages.
8️⃣ ⏰ Cleaning Duration
Service duration varies from 5–8 hours depending on home size and condition.
Exact finish time cannot be guaranteed.
9️⃣ 🍽️ Kitchen & Preparation
Please clear excess items from the kitchen before cleaning.
Wall stains or permanent marks are not covered in normal packages.

It is strictly prohibited to negotiate prices or take staff contact details directly.
Any direct dealing with staff will lead to a penalty of ₹1000.
In such cases, the company will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
